Health Insurance
The Partnership provides medical, dental, and vision coverage to its employees. The Partnerships pays 100% of an individual health care premium, and 75% of the additional premium the Partnership is charged for child, spouse, or family coverage. Health care coverage begins from date of hire.
Retirement Plan
The Partnership offers a 401(k) retirement plan which is 100% vested from date of hire. The Partnership will match employee contributions up to 4% of each paycheck.
Professional Development
The Partnership offers up to $2,500 per year per employee to allow you to take advantage of training and development opportunities.
Annual Leave
Each full time employee is eligible to accrue 15 days of annual leave per year. After two years with the Partnership, employees accrue leave at the rate of 17 days per year.
Personal Religious Days
Each employee is entitled to two personal religious days each year for religious observances that are not already provided in holiday leave.
Sick Leave
Each full time employee is eligible to accrue 10 sick leave days per year.
Administrative Leave
Administrative paid leave is provided, in addition to annual leave, personal religious days or sick leave for such things as medical appointments, family emergencies or meeting repair or delivery persons at home.
Paid Holidays
The Partnership recognizes 11 paid holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving.
Life and Disability Insurance
The Partnership covers its employees with a life insurance policy that will pay an amount equal to an employee’s annual salary, up to $110,000, to designated beneficiaries. The Partnership also provides long and short-term disability insurance for employees.
Metrochek Program
The Metrocheck Program allows you to purchase vouchers for public transportation with pre-tax dollars.
Gym Subsidy
The Partnership will subsidize 50% of the cost of the building's gym membership.

Government Affairs Associate
The Partnership’s government affairs associate is a new position that will play a key role in realizing the organization’s government affairs priorities. The government affairs associate will support efforts to build and maintain the Partnership’s relationships on Capitol Hill and to advance the Partnership’s legislative agenda. This position will report to the Vice President for Government Affairs and the Government Affairs Manager.

As a member of the senior management team, the Partnership’s Vice President for Government Transformation manages ongoing operations and consulting engagements with the Government Transformation team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate change agent looking to make a difference in programs that touch the lives of millions of Americans.
Vice President for
Development
As a member of the senior management team, the Partnership’s chief fundraising executive will network, build and maintain successful relationships with members of the organization’s Board of Governors, corporations, foundations, and prospective donors across the county.
