Homeland security. Energy independence. Health care.
Globalization. Every day, our federal workforce must address a daunting set of problems that face our nation.
To deliver solutions that the times demand, our government needs a new generation of leaders who are more than managers—they must be innovators whose creativity in problem-solving stands up to the complexity of 21st century challenges.
The Partnership for Public Service's Center for Government Leadership prepares federal leaders to solve national challenges by driving innovation, inspiring employees and delivering results.
The Excellence in Government Fellows Program, an award-winning training program for talented mid-level federal career executives is currently accepting applications for its Fall 2009 program. Over the last 21 years, the program has trained more than 2,700 high-performing, results driven leaders.
Annenberg Leadership Seminars help federal agencies build the long-term, in-house capacity to innovate and solve management problems. The intensive, two-day seminars develop participants’ leadership skills through the real-life application of classroom lessons.
Seminars topics for 2009 include: Managing Across Levels, Motivating and Leading People, and Driving Innovation.
This program is made possible with the generous support of the Annenberg Foundation.
The Partnership for Public Service is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that works to revitalize our federal government by inspiring a new generation to serve and by transforming the way government works.
