Pathways to Success
The Pathways to Success Workshop series convenes agency representatives for interactive trainings and Group Planning Sessions during which we discuss practical, innovative approaches to help improve recruiting and hiring effectiveness within the new Pathways Programs.
Call to Serve Network
Utilize our contacts from more than 760 colleges and universities and more than 75 federal agencies to expand your agency's reach into new talent pipelines and to collaborate with and learn from other agencies' HR efforts.
Federal Student Ambassadors
The Federal Student Ambassadors program is a proven way to increase interest in and knowledge of your federal agency on college campuses. We train Ambassadors to be passionate student advocates who actively promote opportunities with your agency following the completion of a federal summer internship.
