The Partnership provides professional development on federal opportunities for university advisors, and resources for college students seeking federal opportunities through online trainings and webinars.
Trainings for Advisors
Webinars for Students
Through interactive webinars, participants will gain a better understanding of the federal hiring process, learn how to advise students on federal opportunities and build meaningful agency relationships. Successful completion of the Virtual Federal Advisor Training Series fulfills one of the requirements for the new Federal Advisor Certificate of Completion.
Who Should Attend?
Colleges and universities use Federal Advisor Trainings to learn effective advising strategies for students and alumni interested in federal careers and to build public service champions across campus. Individuals or teams from colleges and universities are welcome to attend. These cross-campus teams can include representatives from career services, employer relations, internship programs, departmental career services, faculty, academic advisors and alumni services.
