SAGEs may be invited to speak as panelists or subject matter experts at other Partnership events for which the topic closely aligns with their past federal experience.
SAGEs frequently have the opportunity to meet with high-level federal officials to share organizational insights, provide policy recommendations, and stay up to date on recent developments in their field. Emerging HR Leaders Forum
SAGEs regularly serve as subject matter experts, speaking to groups of 30-60 mid-career human capital professionals and answering their questions about specified topics.
Excellence in Government Fellows benchmarks
SAGEs often step in as guest leaders when our Exellence in Government Fellows (EIG) visit community organizations to learn about industry best practices. For example, CHCO SAGE Mary Ellen Beach, CIO SAGE Molly O’Neill and CFOSAGE Joseph Kull all worked with the 2010–2011 fall cohort of EIG Fellows.
