The Federal Advisor Certificate Program is a seven-week course designed to provide higher education professionals with expertise in federal hiring and new resources to support jobseekers. This course features over 50 videos with federal hiring managers and public servants across academic disciplines and career levels to provide participants with in-depth knowledge and tangible tools to use in student programming.

We understand that the federal hiring process can be daunting. With just 7% of the federal workforce under the age of 30, this program is designed to reach career services professionals across the country and impact the students they serve. The skills taught in this course will provide college and university professionals with the tools to empower the next generation of public servants who are so crucially needed in our federal government.

You can learn more about the upcoming program and each facilitator from the Partnership’s recent LinkedIn Live event here.
