It is the only nationwide network of colleges and universities focused solely on promoting federal service and recruiting the next generation of public servants. Since 2002, the program has worked with more than 700 colleges and universities to help agencies identify young talent and provide students and recent graduates with a better understanding of government work. “I think what the Partnership is doing is so important because there is a barrier to be able to get an internship in government.
