The role of a chief diversity officer plays a critical part in cultivating an inclusive, dynamic and innovative culture that has a tangible impact on the federal government’s ability to serve the American public. The continued demand for talent to fill this role exceeds the current talent pool.

To help fill this critical gap the Partnership for Public Service is pleased to deliver our Chief Diversity Officer Bootcamp on October 21–25, 2024. Building off the success of our 2023 pilot program, the Chief Diversity Office Bootcamp will bolster the knowledge and skills of aspiring federal leaders in the diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility space.

Please review the Program Details PDF for more details on learning objectives, program schedule, cost, and more. Applications are due by September 20. Applicants will be notified of acceptance on a rolling basis, and final acceptance will be made no later than September 20.
