The online workshop—the second in a series of three EX to CX sessions this fall—will feature a presentation on a current federal effort leveraging data to understand the connection between employee experience and customer experience. It also will include facilitated conversations about how to work at the intersection of EX and CX with existing resources and how to get leadership support for such efforts.
Our EX to CX Workshops are designed to foster community among federal EX and CX leaders as well as to facilitate the sharing of visions, plans, best practices and tips for overcoming challenges.
