This workshop will be an in-person event hosted at the Partnership’s offices and will feature a summary of the Partnership’s research on how federal employee experience can be leveraged to improve customer experience. It also will highlight specific examples of federal leaders working at the intersection of EX and CX and will provide opportunities for participants to learn from them and each other. This event is the last of an EX to CX Workshop series designed to foster community among federal EX and CX practitioners as well as to facilitate the sharing of visions, plans, best practices and tips for overcoming challenges.
