Federal Communicators Series: Delivering a First Public Experience

Most of the public now accesses federal information and services online and, increasingly, interacts with the federal government on mobile devices. It is critical that federal communicators design and develop websites and digital services that meet the public’s expectations for high-quality digital experiences that are simple to use, seamless across journeys, and secure by design to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and trust. 

Join this year’s first Federal Communicator Series virtual event as the Office of Management and Budget will guide us in exploring how federal communicators at all levels of government can design and deliver websites and digital services in a 21st-century integrated digital experience.
