Best Practices in Measuring, Monitoring and Improving Organizational Health and Performance

The Office of Management and Budget recently released guidance requiring agencies to assess their work environments and shift in ways that bring more federal employees back to the office to improve agency health and performance. The Partnership and BCG are hosting a virtual event to help senior federal leaders to respond to this guidance. Participants will learn about best practices and data on work arrangements, particularly as it relates to building meaningful performance metrics to measure, monitor and improve agency health and performance.
