This year’s survey results offer the Biden administration’s new leadership a roadmap for creating a more engaged and effective workforce. Congratulations to OPM and the entire Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey Team for a job well done.” The results of the FEVS will be used by the Partnership and Boston Consulting Group to produce the 2020 Best Places to Work in the Federal Government® rankings, which will be released in June. The Best Places to Work rankings and accompanying data give federal leaders a way to measure employee engagement across the federal workforce, as well as at individual departments, agencies and their subcomponents. The 2019 Best Places to Work rankings include the views of more than 883,000 civil servants from 490 federal agencies and their subcomponents on a wide range of workplace topics.
