According to new Best Places to Work in the Federal Government® analysis from the Partnership for Public Service and Deloitte, federal employees routinely give their agencies low marks on recruitment, training, awards and recognition, leadership development and succession planning. The analysis examines trends in the federal government for each phase in the lifecycle and offers recommendations for how agencies and leaders can improve the total employee experience.
