The Partnership has broadened our base of financial supporters to include the following prominent foundations: The Atlantic Philanthropies, the Ford Foundation and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. Most notably, we received a four-year, $4 million grant from the Annenberg Foundation, the Partnership’s largest foundation gift to date. Building, energizing and maintaining a high-quality workforce is the key to success for any organization—and the federal government is no different. To revitalize public service and improve government performance, the Partnership pursues three strategic goals: building communities of support, securing the right talent and fueling innovation.
