PARTNERSHIP FOR PUBLIC SERVICE STATEMENT ON THE PASSING OF FOUNDING DIRECTOR OF THE CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET OFFICE ALICE RIVLIN

WASHINGTON – Today, the nation lost a dedicated leader who fearlessly served in government during a career spanning more than five decades. Partnership for Public Service President and CEO Max Stier released the following statement following the passing of Alice Rivlin.

“The Partnership for Public Service joins the nation in mourning the loss of one of government’s most respected and influential public servants. A pioneer and fierce advocate who held multiple senior positions in both the executive and legislative branches, Alice Rivlin was a master of budgetary policy. Her absence will be felt for years to come, and our sincere condolences are with her family and loved ones.”
