Associate Manager

Abigail Alpern Fisch is a facilitator with the Partnership’s Public Service Leadership Institute where she supports the design, program coordination, and delivery of open enrollment programs, such as Emerging HR Leaders, and custom agency initiatives. She also manages the Partnership’s Government Leadership Advisory Council. Previously, Abigail produced the Partnership’s podcast, “Profiles in Public Service,” and provided communications and marketing support for key programs and events.

Abigail is passionate about the power of storytelling and transformative learning experiences to encourage more emerging leaders to pursue public service work and to be civically engaged members of their communities. Two of Abigail’s favorite public servants include Congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the youngest woman ever to serve in the U.S. Congress, and Congresswoman Ayanna Presley, the first woman of color to be elected to Congress from Massachusetts. Both Congresswomen are former community organizers who continue to be fierce advocates for social and economic justice in their roles as public servants.
