Annette Germana Chief of Staff

Annette works collaboratively to create, implement and measure progress against our strategic plan, tracks risks to achieving organizational goals and implements approaches to mitigate those risks. Additionally, she identifies analyzes and pursues new market opportunities across various sectors that support our strategy. After years spent working in the private sector alongside some fantastic federal clients, Annette developed a deep appreciation for federal employees and the work they do. Annette’s favorite public servant is Patricia Roberts Harris, who became the first Black woman to hold a Cabinet position. She held firm in her identity and understood her impact in the world, and is noted as saying, “I didn’t start out as a member of a prestigious law firm, but as a woman who needed a scholarship to go to school. If you think I have forgotten that, you are wrong.”
