Arfa Alam oversees the execution of Best Places to Work, the Partnership’s flagship program dedicated to improving employee engagement in the federal government. Prior to joining the Partnership, Arfa performed ESG and social responsibility work in more than 40 countries in both the public and private sectors. Her passion for the federal workforce and her experience as a first-generation Muslim-American with special needs family members drive her commitment to supporting a dynamic and innovative federal government that works for every single American. Arfa’s favorite public servants are the thousands of nameless, but not forgotten, special needs’ individuals and caregivers who fought and continue to fight for the rights of differently-abled Americans.
