Barry Goldberg Writer and Editor, Mellon/ACLS Public Fellow

Barry Goldberg develops a wide range of editorial outputs that help engage broad audiences in the Partnership’s research, brand, and core message. Barry’s interest in public service and nonprofit communications stems from his previous work as a high school history teacher in Chicago and, later, as a speechwriter at the Roosevelt House Public Policy Institute. He holds a PhD in History from the CUNY Graduate Center and most recently spearheaded writing and outreach projects as a postdoc at the Rockefeller Archive Center. Barry’s favorite public servants are the public school teachers and administrators across the country working hard to inspire today’s youth.
