Christina Schiavone

Director for Executive and Team Coaching

Chris Schiavone leads the Partnership’s executive coaching strategy, including designing and delivering coaching engagements for federal agencies and scaling the implementation of the Public Service Leadership 360 assessment. She is a PCC-level ICF certified coach and has extensive experience coaching senior executives, teams and individuals to achieve their goals. Chris’s passion for leadership coaching comes from working as a federal management consultant and seeing firsthand the complex challenges government leaders are faced with each day. Her favorite public servant is her father, Joe, who served almost 40 years as a federal employee with the Federal Aviation Administration.
