Chris Schiavone leads our efforts to holistically design, execute and manage Partnership programs, and ensures that our work consistently delivers results and achieves our intended impact. She is also an PCC-level ICF certified executive coach, working with senior government executives and their teams to accomplish individual and organizational goals. After over eight years in government consulting, Chris fortuitously discovered the Partnership when a former client was curious about their Best Places to Work in the Federal Government® ranking. She made the shift to the nonprofit sector in 2012 and has continued to support civil servants through large-scale agency leadership development initiatives. Chris’s favorite public servants are her father, who served almost 40 years as a federal employee, and Toby Zeigler, The West Wing’s sarcastic communications director who always spoke truth to power.
