This includes leading and reinvigorating all aspects of strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, diversity/equity inclusion, pay and benefits, learning development and internal strategic partnerships.
For over 25 years, Dennis has played key leadership roles in the transformation, organization effectiveness and growth strategies of complex, diverse, global companies. His passion is curating engaging employee experiences and empowered cultures that result in organization effectiveness, growth and positive client experiences. Dennis’ favorite public servant is former Sen. John McCain, who was a war hero as well as a principled, passionate but reasonable legislator who was known for reaching across the aisle to develop bipartisan legislation that benefited the American people.
