Back to All Staff Erin Gross Manager she/her Erin Gross supports efforts to improve program effectiveness through survey administration, overseeing strategic plan metrics, and promoting inclusive processes in overall monitoring, evaluation, and learning methodologies across the Partnership. Erin’s experience as an AmeriCorps volunteer, a Peace Corps volunteer, and a postgraduate who studied conflict resolution at American University encouraged her continued pursuit of public service. Her favorite public servant is Dr. Barbara Brown, an educator, mentor, lifelong advocate of civic engagement and co-founder of Illinois organizations dedicated to helping women run for political office.
