Back to All Staff Heather Cruz Senior Human Resources and Talent Manager she/her Heather Cruz is a Society for Human Resource Management senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP) who works across all areas of HR including benefits and payroll administration, compliance and HR policy, talent engagement and performance management, employee relations, learning and development, HR data and technology, compensation, and DEI. She developed an interest in human resources after extensive experience chairing search committees, facilitating staff trainings and counseling students during her 15-year career in higher education student affairs administration. She was drawn to the Partnership for its strong commitment to its organizational mission and values. Heather’s favorite public servant is her late grandfather who served in the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s.
