Ifeoluwa Shoola

Manager and Facilitator

Ife Shoola manages custom agency programs for the Partnership’s Public Service Leadership Institute and serves as a facilitator and trainer for the institute’s programs preparing mission-critical federal professionals to become more effective leaders.

Before joining the Partnership, Ifeoluwa’s interests took her to Nigeria, where she created an innovation challenge for secondary school students to encourage civic engagement. During her time at the Partnership, she has led efforts to enhance participant experience from program enrollment to alumni engagement and has worked on the Partnership’s initiatives to strengthen customer experience with government services.

Ifeoluwa’s public service idol is Elizabeth McCord from Madam Secretary, whose tenacity, creativity, and empathy helped her navigate a fictional career as a secretary of state and eventually as the first female POTUS.
