Jarinete Santos Senior Manager

Jarinete Santos leads strategy, design, and implementation of programs aimed at bringing necessary expertise and talent to the federal government. She also provides training for how to operate in the federal environment, ensure equity-focused leadership, and engage staff to achieve success. Jarinete’s interest in public service began while working as an intern for the United Nations and she has spent the years since focusing on community development, diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, women’s rights, and improving the leadership capabilities of the federal workforce. Her favorite public servant is Shirley Chisholm for her commitment to being “unbought and unbossed,” bringing a “folding chair” to tables originally formed to exclude her, and proving that women and people of color belong in decision-making roles.
