Senior Manager and Facilitator

Julia Barr manages the Partnership’s AI Federal Leadership Program and facilitates customized leadership trainings for a variety of agencies. She also supports the implementation of the Public Service Leadership 360 assessment. Julia’s interest in public service stems from her background as an educator and her time advising graduate students on career options in the federal government. Her favorite public servants are the teachers and local-level representatives who work tirelessly for the betterment of their communities.
