Back to All Staff Katie Hines Associate Manager she/her Katie manages custom agency programs for the Partnership, specializing in leadership development for senior-level federal employees. Katie became interested in nonprofit work during her undergraduate studies and study abroad programs that focused on service-learning. Katie’s time as a Peace Corps Volunteer for community economic development in Paraguay solidified her decision to pursue a career in public service. She continues to enhance her knowledge of public service while pursuing her Master’s of Public Administration. Katie’s favorite public servant is former Senator Barbara Mikulski for her unabashed beliefs, frank demeanor, and commitment to empowering women in high-level positions such as the Senate.
