Kevin Johnson, II
Kevin Johnson leads the Partnership’s external diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) efforts across the organization. Previously, he oversaw the strategic direction of a portfolio of leadership development programs at the Partnership, including the design and facilitation of sessions for a wide range of topics and federal audiences. His aptitude for integrating DEIA principles and practices into organizations stemmed from his time leading DEIA initiatives at Battelle Memorial Institute. In addition, his public service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ghana provided invaluable lessons around cultural competence. His favorite public servant is Colin Powell, a man who broke through many barriers in the military and diplomacy and was guided by his unwavering core values and leadership principles.
