Back to All Staff Kristin Gleichauf Associate Manager Kristin Gleichauf works to implement DEIA trainings so that the federal workforce is well equipped to help the American public. While pursuing her bachelors at George Mason University, Kristin interned for the Partnership for Public Service. That experience reinforced the idea that the government can be an agent of positive change. Kristin Gleichauf’s favorite public servant is Pete Buttigieg, the first openly gay cabinet secretary and proud Maltese-American.
