Back to All Staff Lindsay Laferriere Director Lindsay Laferriere leads elements of the Partnership’s initiative to rebuild trust and trustworthiness in our federal government. She also works across the organization to support the over 80% of federal employees who are located outside of the DC, Maryland and Virginia area. Her interest in public service began as a college student studying international affairs in Washington, D.C., when she was exposed to the many opportunities the federal government has to positively impact the public, both domestically and internationally. Lindsay’s favorite public servants are the members of the Partnership’s Federal Innovation Council who work every day to improve the work of government to benefit the public.
