Back to All Staff Lissie Rivera-Fernández Associate Manager she/her Lissie Rivera-Fernández serves on the Public Service Leadership Institute Team, supporting Foundations in Public Service Leadership, Excellence in Government, The 21st Century Government Innovation Program and custom agency sessions. As an undergraduate pursuing her B.A. in Sociology, Lissie interned for the Partnership for Public Service during the summer of 2021. This experience solidified her interest in non-profit and public service. Her dream is to drive positive change through her work. Lissie’s favorite public servants are the various educators who help form and inspire our nation’s future.
