Back to All Staff Lydia Van Sant Vice President, Finance and Operations Lydia Van Sant oversees financial and resource management for the Partnership. For most of her career she has supported public servants and worked to improve the effectiveness of the federal government via her work as a management consultant, primarily within defense and health care agencies. Lydia’s favorite public servant is George C. Marshall, general of the Army and co-creator of the Marshall Plan, which aided in the economic reconstruction of post-WWII Europe.
