Madeleine Lowe manages the Partnership Alumni community and Gov21, an innovation training program, and facilitates a leadership development program for aspiring federal leaders, Preparing to Lead.

Prior to the Partnership, Madeleine was a policy analyst for the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS). She was responsible for tracking and reporting on state and federal policies related to sex education across the U.S. and authoring the organization’s written publications and reports.

Prior to SIECUS, she served as a policy and programs associate at Issue One, a bipartisan political reform organization working to reduce the influence of money in politics and strengthen government transparency and accountability, where she managed a 200-member bipartisan coalition of former elected officials and supported the organization’s advocacy work.

Madeleine has a B.A. in Political Science from American University. She lives in Washington, DC, and is from the suburbs of Seattle, WA. One of Madeleine’s favorite public servants is former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, for her lifelong work breaking barriers and opening doors for women and the intellect, wit, and grace with which she served.
