Mark Lerner Senior Manager, Federal Technology Strategy and Programs

Mark Lerner leads the Partnership’s federal technology strategy and programs, focusing on improving critical services through technology and design. Mark is an active member of the civic tech/public interest tech community, where he has long worked to bring modern ways of building digital services into government. His prior work and research with the Harvard Kennedy School, the U.S. Digital Service, the City of San Francisco, and other organizations have built up his love for public service. Mark’s favorite public servants are the frontline workers that engage directly with the public, and often work against outdated technology to help those in need.
