Back to All Staff Megan Powell Associate Human Resources Manager she/her Megan Powell is a Society for Human Resource Management certified professional (SHRM-CP) who supports all human resource functions, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and payroll. Additionally, she helps support and manage the Partnership’s internship program. Megan holds a Masters in Human Resource Management, along with two certificates in Management Leadership and Human Capital. She has always had a desire to help people in the workforce because work has a prominent impact on our everyday lives. Megan’s favorite public servant is Mary McLeod Bethune, a champion of racial and gender equality, who created many organizations to mitigate racial inequity in employment opportunity.
