Mikayla Hyman
Associate Manager
Mikayla Hyman supports the Partnership’s research on government effectiveness and public trust, including projects around workforce issues and government reform. Her love for nonprofit work began as a college student, when she volunteered as a Hotline Advocate with a domestic violence prevention organization and founded an organization offering mentoring and educational resources for refugee-background students. She developed a love for public policy and research through her work examining medical-legal partnerships in Vermont, government-led Community Health Worker programs in Ethiopia, and rural LGBTQIA+ teens’ conceptualizations of health. Mikayla’s favorite public servant is Ruth Bader Ginsberg, the first Jewish woman to serve on the Supreme Court and tireless advocator for the rights of all.
