Mikayla Hyman Associate

Mikayla Hyman supports the Partnership’s research on government effectiveness, including projects around human resources and government reform. Her love for nonprofit work began as a college student, when she volunteered as a Hotline Advocate with a domestic violence prevention organization and founded an organization offering mentoring and educational resources for refugee-background students. She developed a love for public policy and research through her work examining medical-legal partnerships in Vermont, government led Community Health Worker programs in Ethiopia, and rural LGBTQIA+ teens’ conceptualizations of health. Mikayla’s favorite public servant is Ruth Bader Ginsberg, the first Jewish woman to serve on the Supreme Court and tireless advocator for the rights of all.
