Monica Scigliano works on various management reforms, including improvements to the presidential appointment process. She also coordinates speakers and site visits for the Excellence in Government Fellows program and works on the Federal Coach column that the Partnership writes with The Washington Post. Prior to joining the Partnership, Monica worked in the personal office of a U.S. senator, where she met inspirational people and became interested in public service. She also previously interned at a refugee resettlement agency, which gave her a love for nonprofit work. Monica most admires former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power.
