Back to All Staff Natalie May Associate Manager she/her Natalie May supports the Partnership’s federal workforce efforts and coordinates programs that help agencies develop a greater culture of engagement and inclusion. Her passion for public service began at an early age and continued to develop as a college student, when she worked with various local nonprofits in North Carolina. Natalie’s favorite public servant is Ruth Bader Ginsburg, recognized for her advocacy for gender equality and constitutional protections against discrimination.
