Rachel Bixby

Associate Manager

Rachel Bixby works on the Leadership Development team, supporting federal leadership initiatives such as the Excellence in Government Fellows Program and the AI Federal Leadership Program. Her passion for public service work and improving the effectiveness of government comes from a history of positions in nonprofit, local and federal government, and private legal sectors. In conjunction with these experiences, her understanding of the need for a strong and responsive government developed through her studies of economics and the environment at the University of Michigan. Rachel’s favorite public servant is Al Gore, former Vice President and leader in climate change education and action, who dedicated himself to cause faced with massive resistance for the sake of future generations.
