Back to All Staff Rebecca Hertz Manager she/her Rebecca Hertz serves on the Public Service Leadership Institute team, supporting a portfolio of work with agency engagements and managing the Benchmarks team. She developed an appreciation for leadership development through her various program management roles at the Urban Land Institute and Leadership Greater Washington. She is passionate about the role leadership development can play in driving positive change. Rebecca’s favorite public servant is Madeleine Albright, who Rebecca got to hear from at her brother’s high school graduation.
