Back to All Staff Taniya Ladak Senior Manager, Technology Platforms she/her Taniya is a technology strategist and change management professional who supports individuals and teams to optimize their performance through tailored, efficient use of technology platforms. Prior to her work at the Partnership, she was Director of Operations for a non-profit specializing in youth development, as well as an IT consultant specializing in software implementation for non-profits. She brings an understanding of technology management and passion for improving processes and collaboration within organizations. Her favorite public servant is Alexandra Bliss Fisher, a tireless advocate for climate change mitigation and energy transition for the District.
