Back to All Staff Tim McManus Chief Operating Officer he/him Tim is responsible for the financial health and talent management of the organization, and leads efforts to create internal efficiencies and make the Partnership a world-class nonprofit. Prior to assuming his current role, Tim led the Partnership’s efforts to improve federal recruiting and hiring. He brings to the Partnership more than 25 years of nonprofit experience, as well as experience working in government for the Corporation for National and Community Service. Tim’s passion for civic engagement began at an early age, influenced by his parents and scouting experiences, and he has spent his career focused on enabling others to get involved and make a difference. Tim’s favorite public servant is Robert La Follette, a fellow Wisconsite whose work was aimed at creating legislation that benefited the greatest number of people and giving citizens a more direct role in government.
