Tina is an Executive at the Partnership for Public Service, having served in high-profile roles for over 15 years. With a comprehensive career spanning two decades, Tina is a pioneer in social entrepreneurship, and is a change agent with a track record of designing and deploying high impact programs, building and nurturing high performing teams. She is lauded as a visionary who “leads from the front”, develops, nurtures and navigates teams towards excellence.

Tina excels at cultivating and transforming cross-functional, global insights and integrating self-expertise and external “best-practice” trends into strategy development and planning, advocacy, Board augmentation, fund and support-raising and partnership development. She convenes and champions government leaders at the highest levels of the executive branch to maximize their impact and success in government.

A multi-sector leader with a track record of innovation and accomplishment in every phase of her professional career, Tina founded and served as president of Synergy Works LLC, which provides strategy and performance improvement consulting services to the federal government, state and local governments, NGOs, and Fortune 500 companies. She was also the founder of Experience Matters: the Executive Transition Experts, helping senior executives transition smoothly through various life stages.

She is a proponent of leadership through the lens of “Systems Thinking”, emphasizing the importance of quality management. As a trained Quality examiner, she has been called on to assess and evaluate the quality performance of various organizations, including their general practices in finance, customer experience, leadership and culture.

Tina graduated cum laude from Princeton University. She later completed Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government Program for Senior Managers and the Federal Executive Institute’s Leadership and Management Program. She was also a participant in the President’s Executive Exchange Program sponsored by the White House.
