Virginia (Ginny) Hill

Senior Executive Coach and Facilitator

Virginia Hill creates and facilitates customized leadership trainings for every level of leader. Ginny also serves as a facilitator for several of our cohort-based leadership programs. In her coaching role, she works one-on-one with leaders to set goals, overcome challenges, and meet their potential. Before joining the Partnership, Ginny work at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for over seven years. For that reason, her favorite public servant is Dr. Francis Collins who led the NIH through multiple administrations and led the Human Genome Project.
