From providing professional development for mid-level managers to offering leadership training for high-level employees, the Partnership fosters good federal management and leadership skills through seminars, programs and webinars designed for current and aspiring leaders.


Custom Leadership Programs

The Partnership will build a custom, mission-driven program tailored to an agency’s needs. We have a team of skilled facilitators and coaches who have extensive experience working with employees and senior executives across government to address enterprise-wide challenges. The Partnership provides a full spectrum of services including data analysis, action planning, seminars, year-long leadership programs, executive education and training, assessments and coaching, and team building and facilitation.

Excellence in Government Fellows

GS-14 and GS-15 employees undertake innovative and challenging coursework and projects, examine strategies used by successful organizations, network with counterparts from other agencies, and receive targeted professional coaching from experienced leaders and experts.

Two-day seminars for developing leadership skills revolve around challenges participants currently face. We assist them with creating a plan to improve their performance, and we provide ongoing guidance to implement the lessons they learned.

The Partnership serves the federal HR community by offering programs, strategies and resources for recruiting and hiring new talent, improving employee engagement and strengthening the skills of the federal HR workforce.


Recruiting and Hiring Assistance

The Partnership works with agencies to develop custom programs ranging from half-day workshops to months-long engagements that meet specific recruiting and hiring needs, particularly for the Pathways Programs. Our approach draws on our experiences working with multiple agencies and hundreds of leaders across federal government.
