The COVID-19 pandemic has affected every aspect of our lives, including the business of government. Facing unprecedented obstacles, many federal, state and local governments turned to technology to navigate the challenges. Technology has enabled government to perform previously in-person functions remotely, expand how it offers existing services to the public and address COVID-19 pandemic in new ways. The crisis became an opportunity to innovate.
