Back to All Staff MeghanMarie Fowler-Finn Director she/her MeghanMarie Fowler-Finn facilitates continuous improvement at the Public Service Leadership Institute through project management, financial management, hiring and staffing, and aspirational vision. Inspired by her family’s history in public-school education, she became a Peace Corps Volunteer, which led to a Master’s in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. In the 12 years before joining the Partnership, she served the residents of DC in city government, most recently as the founding Chief Administrative Officer of DC’s new Office of Gun Violence Prevention. MeghanMarie’s favorite public servants are those who work tirelessly behind the scenes on a daily basis on behalf of the American people.
