Associate, Public Policy & Stakeholder Engagement The Partnership is seeking a Public Policy & Stakeholder Engagement Associate to help support and execute the Partnership’s policy and advocacy agenda, conduct policy analysis and research, produce policy products, coordinate events, and engage stakeholders in the Partnership’s work. This important role will support the Policy team’s work to respond to real-time policy developments that affect public servants and government operations as well as its work to craft policy proposals and advocacy strategies to enact larger-scale federal government reforms. The Associate will assist the team by drafting talking points, researching policy issues, developing research-based policy products, and supporting meetings with Executive Branch and Congressional offices and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public policy, research and project coordination, the ability to balance multiple competing responsibilities, and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Development, the director will be responsible for all stages of donor and prospect relationships, including cultivation, solicitation and stewardship. They will use creative techniques to identify prospective donors, establish new methods for engagement and cultivation of current donors and prospects, and orchestrate staff and board members to support fundraising efforts for contributions of $5,000 or more. Apply here Associate Manager, Programs Communications & Marketing The Partnership is seeking a dynamic, collaborative and motivated project manager with marketing and communications skills to join our Programs team. This person will support the marketing and communication efforts for the Public Service Leadership Institute team’s thought leadership work and the broader Programs Team’s business development initiatives.The associate manager may also manage select leadership development programming for government employees. Marketing and communications responsibilities include long-term planning around LinkedIn posts and HubSpot (mass marketing) emails and the creation and updating of marketing collateral, website pages, program applications, and other materials. This work will also involve research, creation, and posting about leadership development tools, practical leadership frameworks, and other trends in public service thought leadership. This role will be responsible for helping to develop and manage the marketing plans for both thought leadership content and program initiatives. While the primary responsibilities for this role are marketing and communications, this position may also manage small engagements for our government customers, such as leadership development programs for mid-career audiences, leadership retreats and webinars.
