Heyman Service to America Medals® program. Known as the “Oscars” of government service, the Sammies have honored over 660 federal employees and now also recognize a Spirit of Service Award winner—an individual working outside the public sector who contributes significantly to the public good. In 2020, our first virtual Sammies program drew more than 300,000 views.
